Our 8 point detail policy is mandatory on every job.

1) pre inspect every job for any roof structure concerns.

2) remove existing roof and inspect for any rotten wood or rafters warped, bowed etc.

3) inspect all vapor barrier roll product to make sure they are pliable as it should be.

4 ) Remove  all roof jacks and replace,inspect all roof edging, remove all valley flashings and replace, and inspect heater vents.

5) inspect ridge vent system to make sure that your roof ridge has the proper openings, inspect your soffits to make sure that your home has the proper ventilation to keep your attic air flowing as it should, since your soffit vents and your ridge vents work together. ( air comes in thru your soffit vents and flows out thru your ridge vents. thus will keep your air circulating and keep your attic cooler in the summer time.

6) inspect all dormers if any, all roofing products after installed to make sure that they are installed correctly and up to all codes, windstorm and cosmetically appealing.

7) inspect all roof jacks and valleys to make sure sealed properly after roofing  is installed.

8) inspect for detailed clean up and haul away any debris.
